• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our financial software products.
• Lead the quality assurance efforts and work collaboratively with development teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, track, and report defects and issues using appropriate tools.
• Conduct root cause analysis of identified issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Ability to develop and/or maintain automated test suites and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle and contribute to the improvement of software development processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards in the finance domain.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software QA/testing in the finance domain, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role, or FP&A Subject Matter Expert with desire to work closely with product development to ensure high quality.
• Strong understanding of the financial planning and analysis domain
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools based on Java is nice but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
